SOUTH ORANGE — The owner of a South Orange gas station admitted to selling regular-grade gas as premium-grade, according to a report by SouthOrange Patch.

Irfan Hassan has been accused of such theft before, and faces a $9,800 fine along with the closure of his Irvington Avenue station for a couple of days, said the report.
